Excel to PDF converter

BenchPDF opens your spreadsheet in your own installed Microsoft Excel and uses Excel's own print/export path to produce the PDF. Page breaks, defined print areas, calculated formula values, and conditional formatting all come out exactly as they would if you'd chosen File → Export in Excel yourself.

Spreadsheets tend to hold some of the most sensitive material anyone converts — budgets, payroll, client lists, pricing — which is exactly why it matters that this one never travels to a server to be turned into a PDF. BenchPDF's conversion happens entirely on your own PC.

There's no account to create and no file waiting in an upload queue behind someone else's spreadsheet. If Excel isn't installed on this PC, the option is clearly disabled rather than attempting a rough approximation of Excel's rendering.
