Edit PDF text
Click into any line of a PDF and change it, right in the browser view — no upload involved.
BenchPDF's editor shows each page as your original document, with its detected text laid over it as editable blocks. Click any block to edit it in place and it reflows within its own box; drag the grip handle to move a block, or add a new text box where you need one. Tables are editable cell by cell, over their original fills.
Exporting rebuilds only the pages you actually changed and leaves every other page byte-identical to the original. Edited text stays real, searchable, selectable text in the closest matching installed font — it's never flattened into an image the way some “PDF editors” quietly do to fake a harder edit.
The whole thing runs against a small web server on your own PC (address 127.0.0.1, meaning “this computer”), so the document you're editing — often a contract, a form, or something someone sent you to fix a mistake in — never leaves it either.
